Super helpful and explained everything. I took my Subaru Impreza in for them to diagnose a knocking noise. Spencer and the mechanic Jim looked at it, put it up on the rack, and showed me what the problem was. It was a central rod knock, so $$$ to fix. They diagnosed it for free and happened to have an engine in the shop that Spencer used to explain the problem and why engine replacement is the only option. They’re straightforward, experienced, and professional. 10/10 would recommend.
