My Jeep started making loud clicking noises late Friday afternoon. I was in Boulder for a meeting - a long way from home. I went to the shop and was told that they were closing up. I explained that I didn’t live there and asked for advice. Gordon (I think), then went out to his truck, retrieved his tools, and had me fixed in under 30 min for $28. I couldn’t be more grateful or impressed with the service, but mostly for his compassion and willingness to help. It was incredibly refreshing.
