The car broke down right as we were leaving Boulder to drive back east. Even though it's the weekend they were nice enough to get my car in and take care of it. The employees were super nice as well as their waiting area.

My wife and I were visiting from NC. Halfway up a nearby mountain, our alternator goes out. Repair Masters was our second stop. It was the day after the 4th of July so everyone was slammed. The car stopped turning over in their parking lot, so we were stranded. Jim said they could get it done the same day and even offered to drop us off somewhere more comfortable while we waited. They had it done within 4 hours and saved our trip. Outstanding customer service, I highly recommend them.
